The Exchange Policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site. Ohsofickle does not have a Return policy and we strictly do not entertain refunds.
At Ohsofickle, all retuns and exchanges are done on case-to-case basis, but particularly for the following reasons:
- Inaccurate measurements given, with a difference of at least 1 inches (laid flat)
- Item is defective
- Incorrect item sent
All exchanges/returns must be received within 14 days from the day that the parcel has been mailed out. All apparels must be in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). We regret to inform you that we will not be able to accept apparels that do not meet these requirements.
We strictly do not accept exchange for:
- Incorrect sizing or colour purchased
- Slight variation in item design from the product image due to studio lighting and difference in screen resolution.
- Sales item (unless defective or wrong item sent)
Ohsofickle will at its best effort ensure that our products are in good quality, however from time to time due to the nature of the apparel products, there may be defects which we omitted, do bear with us and inform us. We will do a replacement for you base on our exchange policy. Please inform us by taking a snapshot of the defective area / item and send it to us via email us hello@Ohsofickle.com.sg before we request for the item to be mailed back.
Customer should bear full responsibility in ensuring that the parcel is mailed back and sealed properly. We strongly encourage customers to send it back via registered mail or get a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office. Ohsofickle will not be responsible for any lost mails in connection to such returns / exchanges. Normal postage will be reimbursed to you once we've received the parcel.
In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided (only applicable for inaccurate measurement / incorrect / defective item) valid for strictly 2 months.
In any case where the item is not defective, postage to have the item sent back to us will not be reimbursed and customer will be required to top up to have the item returned.
