When you've paid, please give us 2-4 working days to verify your payment and pack your order. You will receive a Shipment Notification once your order has been despatched. If merchandise you ordered is a backordered item, you will be given an estimated arrival date. Please take note that we do not reply e-mails/send packages out on weekends and public holidays. We're human, we need a break too!
Local Mail: All packages are shipped out via Singpost. There are 2 options: - Normal Local Postage which is FREE. However, we do not recommend this as we will not be held responsible for any lost mails as we are unable to track the mails posted out via Normal Local Postage. Of course, Singpost is very reliable and most normal mails reach our customer's mail box safely. However bear in mind, it's at your own risk! - Registered Local Postage which is an additonal $2.24. Highly recommended for all customers! When you pay an additional $2.24, you will get a tracking number to track your mail if you do not receive it. We will do a FULL REFUND if your mail doesn't reach you within a month.
International Shipping: We ship anywhere, everywhere! Shipping is at a flat rate of $17.24. Transit time is between 5-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.
All packages are mailed out via Registered Postage. This would ensure you get a tracking number for your package. This tracking number can be used to track your package(s) at www.singpost.com. (Please e-mail ohsofickle@gmail.com for you tracking number)
- Browse through the site using the search box or by categories until you find the item you wish to purchase.
- From the product page select the size / quantity you’d like (be sure to check the bottom of the page for other colors available).
- Click “Add To Cart.”
- You can repeat step 2 by clicking “Continue Shopping” to add more items to your cart.
- Click “Proceed To Check Out” to continue on to the checkout process.
- Once you’ve added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process.
- You will have the option of signing in to your pre-registered account, creating a new account, or checking out without an account.
- If you are not signing in to a pre-registered account, you will be asked to fill out your shipping and billing info.
- If you chose to check out without creating an account, your information will not be saved.
- Next you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Please make payment and revert to us within 48 hours.
- Do give us 1-3 working days to verify your payment. We will send you an e-mail once your payment has been verified.
- Paid orders will be shipped out within 3 working days from the day you receive the "Payment Verified" e-mail.
- You may check your order status when you log in to your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
For Singapore shoppers, we accept payment via Visa / Mastercard / Paypal / DBS, POSB, UOB Internet Banking and DBS, POSB, UOB ATM Transfer. This has to be done within 48 hours upon checkout. We will not hold your item for more than 48 hours from the day you checkout.For DBS/POSB/UOB ATM transferees, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transfered. Please scan/take a picture of your receipt and attach it to the e-mail when replying. We will not be able to process your order without a receipt.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. We will hold backorder for popular items so do join the mailing list to get updated!

How can I check the status of my order? You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. You can always check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option order status/history. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held. "On Hold" - Paid orders consisting of backordered items. "Processing" - Paid orders waiting to be packed and shipped out.
How can I modify my order? Sorry but once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail ohsofickle@gmail.com. - Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted on items that defected an have not been worn, altered or washed. If item is defected, you have the choice to choose if you want a new piece or a full refund. You may also store this money with us as web credit.
